I saw this guy in person, he was a pro in not listening to your concern. it' a shame that gas powered leaf blowers are allowed in the city, or anywhere else for that matter. Electric powered blowers are slightly better but also watch out for particulates from dust clouds and be careful of coal as your "clean" energy source. I’m in favor of sustainably sourced wood brooms to sweep the bad away.
